SHIPPING POLICY
We offer a FREE UK delivery to our UK customers on all orders over £50, which will be sent using Royal Mail 48Hour tracked service. We also offer an option for collection in Brentwood on Saturdays only - Please select collection option when ordering. You will be sent a notification when your order is ready to be collected.
EXCHANGE POLICY ONLY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange any item within 14 days of purchase. Goods to be exchanged must be in the same condition as received, unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a full exchange.
Items not available for an exchange are socks, headbands and bloomers.
Please note, we reserve the right not exchange items that are damaged or appear to have been used.
